GAS INTEGRATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ANALYST

Objective:

To ensure the proper operational and contractual management of natural gas customers through the integration, monitoring, and renewal of contracts with the regulatory authority and end users; guaranteeing timely and effective attention to customer operational requests and projects, in order to maintain continuity of supply, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction. This also includes supporting daily operations through on-call and nomination schedules, as well as monitoring and verifying natural gas flow confirmations.

 

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Contract renewals
  • Interdepartmental collaboration for internal control
  • Regulatory compliance management
  • Review of customer operational requests
  • Process optimization and improvement
  • Reporting to the authorities
  • Daily natural gas nominations
  • Participation in weekly on-call shifts according to established schedule
  • Database updates

 

Qualifications:

  • Advanced English
  • Advanced Office Proficiency
