Objective:
The key objective of an IT analyst is to evaluate, design, and optimize informative systems to improve operational effectiveness, solve technical matters, and aid in strategic decision making.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Provide quick and effective solutions to technical concerns faced by collaborators, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment.
- Establish a cybersecurity program involving the responsible areas and corresponding security policies.
- Streamline inventory management, manage IT infrastructure, collaborate with suppliers and propose training for collaborators.
Qualifications:
- Experience in System Administration and Information Technologies.
- Proficiency in Excel – Advanced.
- Troubleshooting – Advanced.
- Information security
