SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE INTERN
Objective:
Support in the areas of sales, prospecting, customer service and marketing to increase sales and improve our services to retain our key customers.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Researching companies and contacts of potential clients in Mexico and the USA.
- Identifying industry events of interest to attend or sponsor, and providing logistical support in Mexico and the USA.
- Scheduling presentations and sales visits to promote our services and generate new leads.
- Monitoring and following up on the status of leads and events on Monday.
- Supporting the organization of NEG Business Talks for leads and Market Intelligence Seminars for clients.
- Coordinating with marketing agencies for advertising campaigns.
- Monitoring and following up on the status of action plans to improve our services for clients.
- Conducting the annual customer service survey.
- Organizing the annual schedule of client visits.
- Supporting the optimization of sales processes.
Qualifications:
- Sales/commercial experience
- Advanced English
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Intermediate Portuguese (Nice-to-have)
