SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE INTERN

Objective:

Support in the areas of sales, prospecting, customer service and marketing to increase sales and improve our services to retain our key customers.

 

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Researching companies and contacts of potential clients in Mexico and the USA.
  • Identifying industry events of interest to attend or sponsor, and providing logistical support in Mexico and the USA.
  • Scheduling presentations and sales visits to promote our services and generate new leads.
  • Monitoring and following up on the status of leads and events on Monday.
  • Supporting the organization of NEG Business Talks for leads and Market Intelligence Seminars for clients.
  • Coordinating with marketing agencies for advertising campaigns.
  • Monitoring and following up on the status of action plans to improve our services for clients.
  • Conducting the annual customer service survey.
  • Organizing the annual schedule of client visits.
  • Supporting the optimization of sales processes.

 

Qualifications:

  • Sales/commercial experience
  • Advanced English
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Intermediate Portuguese (Nice-to-have)
